Credit cards are verified automatically when you submit your order form through our encrypted e-commerce server. Automatic verification normally takes only a few seconds, and will immediately put your order through to us for shipping. Orders placed with credit cards are normally shipped (the same day) the order is placed (Monday - Friday).
Very Important: If the items you order are in stock, they will ship very quickly. Please be sure to verify your shipping address before submitting your order. It's rare that we don't have an item in stock...
Purchase Orders With Net 30 Terms (U.S. Only):
We accept most purchase orders from companies and educational institutions within the continental United States only. To place your order with us using a purchase order, fax or mail the completed and approved purchase order to us.
The following information must accompany each purchase order:

Credit references (unless otherwise specified). |

Item descriptions, and quantities. |

Preferred shipping method. |

Mail-in Orders:
Note: Our e-commerce servers will automatically generate an online order form for you to print and mail to us. Please do not send cash for mail-in orders.
Many people don't have - or simply don't want to use a credit card to place an order. You can select to order by mail, but before you send your order to us, there are a few things you will need to do.
Mail-in order procedure:

Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. |

Click the View Cart button. |
|
Select Print to order by fax or mail. |
|
Select your preferred shipping method. |
|
Fill in your address and other shipping/billing information. |
|
Click the Submit button for a printable order form. |
|
Print the completed order form and mail the form to us with full payment (in U.S. funds only please). |
Accepted forms of payment for mail-in orders:

Money Orders (U.S. funds only). |

Cashiers checks (U.S. funds only). |

Company or personal checks (Drawn on a U.S. Bank) |
Please note that checks will delay shipment of all orders until the check has cleared.
Important: When you mail your order to us, it's extremely important that you verify your complete mailing address. If your mailing address is incomplete or incorrect, you may never receive the product you order.
It's also a good idea to include some form of contact information such as email address or phone number. If we need to contact you concerning your order, email is preferred, and much faster.
Phone-in Orders:
If you have questions about certain products, you're not comfortable entering your credit card or check number on the Internet, give us a call -- We are happy to answer any questions you may have, and process your order by phone.
